Meet our
Veterinary Surgeons
I graduated from the Royal Dick Veterinary Collage in Edinburgh over 25 years ago having then worked in various practices in England and Scotland in 2014 I purchased Nardini Rudder Veterinary Centre from Mary and Audrey.
In my spare time I provide a lap on demand for Gladys, feline in residence, and go walking and cycling with my husband.
I am originally from the United States and moved to Scotland to study Veterinary Medicine at the University of Glasgow. After falling in love with Scotland and my now husband, I decided I just couldn’t leave and made Glasgow my permanent home. I have worked exclusively in small animal medicine. I love working with wee furries and have a keen interest in surgery. I started working at Wishing Well vets in February 2019 and have loved meeting all our clients and their fur babies.
My husband and I have a rescue greyhound named Fenton who is a very lazy boy.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, spending time with my family and friends, lounging around with Fenton, dancing and working out. Additionally, I love the outdoors, particularly water activities like swimming, surfing, fishing, snorkelling, and scuba diving.
I joined the Wishing Well team in 2020 and since then have really enjoyed getting to know all our lovely clients and their wonderful pets. I enjoy all aspects of the job and love that no two days are ever quite the same.
At home I have a very cheeky border terrier called Digit who definitely keeps me on my toes!
I studied veterinary medicine at the University of Glasgow I am originally from Lanarkshire and am now enjoying working locally. My interests include surgery and anything involving new wee puppies and kittens!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love sports particularly swimming and waterpolo as well has hill walking with my dog Buzz.

Veterinary Nurses
I joined the Wishing Well team as Head Nurse in December 2021, I have 30 years experience in vet nursing and enjoy all aspects especially clinics and theatre.
I am a failed greyhound fosterer to Cody who I went on to adopt, along with 2 rescue guinea pigs, several ex-commercial hens and three human boys.
Hello my name is Caroline. I have 8 years experience working in a vet…starting as a receptionist and working my way up to become an RVN.
I have a 1 eyed 13 year old comet fish called Dotty Fish. I was a competitive cheerleader for 15years and i enjoy skiing and snowboarding in my spare time. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary nursing but have a keen interest in surgery and anaesthesia.

Support Staff
I started working at wishing well vets at the end of august 2021. I have been a veterinary care assistant since 2013. I enjoy caring for the pets we have in and making them feel comfortable and stress free during their time with us. In my spare time I am kept busy with my little girl going on lots of outdoor trips. I also have two cat’s named Bella and Blossom.
Clare has been with the practice for over 20 years. She works quietly behind the scenes caring for our in patients keeping them clean, fed and watered. Assisting Vets and Nurses when pets need holding. Cleaning and sterilizing our equipment and generally keeping us clean and tidy.
Jackie has worked on reception at wishing well vets since August 2014. Jackie has a variety of pets including her dogs Jackson, Darcy and Buck, who live alongside her four cats, Jackie also enjoys keeping some ducks and chickens. Hobbies include walking her dogs and listening to Music.
Fiona joined the reception team at wishing well Vet Centre in June 2019 Fiona’s cat Millie is her pride and joy and as you see, is very cute. Fiona enjoys the day to day challenges of her role and especially enjoys meeting and greeting both clients and their variety of pets. Fiona’s hobbies include Cooking, Cinema and Musical Theatre.
I have worked on reception since joining the practice in 2022 after 21 years working in pharmacy.
I have two grown sons who still keep me busy and two cat sons called Dante and Leo who keep me busier.
I enjoy reading crime novels, true crime programmes and watching football.
My other love is Giraffe. Anyone who knows me knows I am obsessed with them.
I enjoy my job immensely as no two days are ever the same and I love seeing all the pets who visit with their owners.
I joined the Wishing Well team in December 2022. I live with my husband and our pride and joy Flora, she is a real diva and spoiled rascal.
I have over the years had a variety of animals in my life from cats, dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters and budgies, so as you may guess animals are my passion.
In my spare time I enjoy crochet, knitting, walking and lawn bowls.
